Direzione Cinema – Ministero Cultura – TAX CREDIT ai mafiosi. E a me NO!
Non so se lunedì sera, scorso 8 aprile, avete visto su La 7 inchiesta – Roma Città Aperta- intesa Roma come Capitale mafie, nello specifico camorra e corruzione.
Inchiesta firmata da Alberto Nerazzini e Corrado Formigli. Complimenti al giornalismo d’inchiesta. Ho apprezzato l’assenza di commento. Del resto è la scoperta dell’acqua calda.
Sbattere in faccia la realtà è più potente di tanti commenti. La presenza di Nicola Gratteri – solido magistrato antimafia- autentica l’inchiesta.
Ad un certo punto è venuto fuori che tali produttori cinematografici di tali Enea Produzioni e tale Giallo Movie hanno riciclato quattrini della camorra a titolo di sponsorizzazione per realizzare film.
Nerazzini con la sua inchiesta, ha evidenziato come un film-commedia costato almeno €2.000.000,00 e fornendo fatturazione fiscali, ha incassato i quattrini puliti dello Stato in Tax Credit Cinematografico– si tratta della legge in vigore dell’ex-Ministro Cultura Dario Franceschini – ossia il riconoscimento del credito d’imposta al 40%.
E il totale apparso su carta intestata Ministero Cultura era di circa €500.000,00 approvati appunto dal MiC Direzione Cinema all’Agenzia delle Entrate, certo firmato dalla Direzione Cinema capeggiata da 15 anni da Nicola Borrelli, nato commercialista.
Subito dopo aver visto l’inchiesta de La 7, pensando alla Pec che ho ricevuto dalla Direzione Generale Cinema dallo stesso Nicola Borelli lo scorso 02 aprile 2024, mi sono sentita una gran cogliona!
E il rispetto per me non viene meno. Anzi. Sempre a Testa Alta!
Ma sentirsi cogliona perché la camorra ha fottuto il beneventano commercialista Nicola Borrelli da 15 anni vertice della Direzione Cinema, mi fa diventare anti-italiana!
Mi schifa! E poi han fottuto il direttore generale cinema, il commercialista Borelli? …MAH!
Alla mafia il riconoscimento del TAX CREDIT li ha firmati lui, a me no!
E il mio dovuto si tratta del 15%!
Io che tramite ovvio revisore certificatore, lo scorso 22 marzo, ho dichiarato costi così minimi e dichiarato i miei compensi e archivio IN KIND al medesimo NICOLA BORRELLI!
appunto Direttore Cinema mi ha rifiutato il TAX CREDIT?!
Mi ha scritto di far rifare la certificazione con i costi pagati. E con quali danari io pago il mio archivio e i miei compensi e certo della mia troupe se dopo 22 anni di battaglia legale contro questo lurido Ministero della Cultura con ignobili commissioni di esperti del nulla, sono state composte dallo stesso Borrelli e controfirmate e da ex Ministro Franceschini e dall’attuale Ministro Sangiuliano, commissioni di mentecatti predisposte a giudicare me esperta. E con il magistrato del Consiglio di Stato che si è arreso?!
Intendo il padre di tutti i miei docufilm IL FIGHTER D’TALIA GIANCARLO GARBELLI – il Pugilato É Violento Ma La Violenza Non É Pugilato. E del quale esauriti i quattrini non ho potuto fare ricorso alla Corte Europea.
Ma sino a quando io paladina della Cultura Sportiva devo far valere GRATUITAMENTE anche la Giustizia, perché la legalità è civiltà, se la stessa Giustizia non sa essere pratica veloce?
E si arrende ai tira e molla dei cialtroni del Ministero Cultura che tanto si serve gratis dell’avvocatura dello Stato che deve darsi un perché per esistere, anche quando è platealmente inutile?
Possibile che un Ministro della Cultura non possa impedire questo andazzo, questo spreco, utilizzando la ragione, la razionalità.
Ho sangue rosso quello vero della Nobile Arte nelle vene.
Io sono una Ditta Individuale per scelta dal 1997 – meglio soli che male accompagnati- è sempre stato il mio motto-. Ne ho viste di ogni. E ho determinato che tutto sta nel scegliere.
I miei ottimi collaboratori ben lo sanno. Io me la canto, io me la suono perché il mio autorevole lavoro è appunto mio, d’autore. Sono multitasking. E non da oggi, oggi di più perchè ho fatto di necessità virtù!
Supportata da efficienti maestranze. Li considero un legame di amicizia indissolubile per la disponibilità che mi ha reso possibile concludere un lavoro tanto professionale e nei dettagli.
Che senso ha il Governo di Giorgia Meloni se il suo Ministro alla Cultura non conta?
Non sa intervenire, non sa capeggiare una tale iperbolica mala gestione?!
MINISTRO GENNARO SANGIULIANO non prova imbarazzo per il suo immobilismo, a non essere intervenuto sul MIO CASO, ormai da 18 mesi seduto sullo scranno del Ministero Cultura?
Eh si che le ha avute tutte le brillanti sentenze del TAR e del CONSIGLIO DI STATO sono documenti pubblici che ho regolarmente pubblicato anche qua sul mio Blog. E in quanti han scaricato! E così l’assurda corrispondenza con il suo dicastero cinema & audiovisivo!
Tutti i miei lettori ben aggiornati e ne ho davvero di ogni tipo.
Ma come fa ad andare avanti un’industria cinematografica, audiovisiva nelle mani di politici che affidano al funzionario che è seduto da 15 anni sulla stessa poltrona? É il segreto di Pulcinella al servizio del Ministro di turno e muove le sorti di un’intera filiera di un’intera nazione?
Ma come mai questo cancro non si estirpa dopo decenni di infiltrazioni tanto clamorose nella Pubblica Amministrazione?
La sinistra ha ben indottrinato il settore non c’è dubbio. Ha elemosinato a chiunque e raccattato comunque pochi voti. Infatti non sono al governo.
Ma non si può mandare a casa tutto questo putridume?
La destra oggi al potere ha copiato paro, paro, la sinistra che l’ha preceduta. Si è adattata. Infatti si somigliano.

E continua il gettito di danaro pubblico oltre agli amici degli amici, alla fidanzata del politico con il padre politico in carcere, all’ex ministro, sottosegretario, una ciurma di fancazzisti, parassiti parolai del vuoto a perdere. E ora anche il TAX CREDIT alla CAMORRA!!!
Ma cosa ci vuole fare tabula rasa. Punto e a capo. Ministro Sangiuliano si tiri su le maniche e vada di olio di gomito! C’è un’intera generazione preparata, colta pronta a scappare dall’Italia perché non ha opportunità. L’opportunità lei gliela può dare, sostituire completamente tutto il dipartimento Cinema & Audiovisivo. Con regole chiare. Spesso non sono le regole sbagliate, sono le persone che con malafede aggirano a proprio piacimento.
Menti fresche, non è difficile trovarne, da ogni regione d’Italia. Se il sistema funziona, tutti noi avremo un serio riferimento e non un comparto corrotto da decenni. E finalmente tutto il cinema e audiovisiva si rigenera e chissà quanto successo il Cinema Italiano potrà di nuovo vantare!

Lei SANGIULIANO è identico al suo predecessore FRANCESCHINI! Nel mio precedente Blog l’ho ventilato. Ora ne sono convinta!
Si tiene ben stretto il suo direttore generale cinema, NICOLA BORRELLI che elargisce il tax credit alla mafia! Lei è un giornalista non può fare lo gnorri!
Ma faccia il suo nuovo mestiere di Ministro. Intervenga. Immediatamente. Mi dia il mio dovuto TAX CREDIT. Il pagamento IN KIND è un valore stratosferico! E non intendo negarlo, ma lo pretendo riconosciuto quale TAX CREDIT.
L’interesse culturale-nazionale l’ho dal 2003! L’eleggibilità culturale è sotto gli occhi. E questo andazzo al Ministero Cultura premia la MAFIA, il vero crimine!!!
E l’Agenzia dell’Entrate che certo ho contattato, prima ancora di avere il rigetto della sua direzione cinema, alla mi richiesta di TAX CREDIT a Nicola Borelli, la stessa Ag. delle Entrate mi rimanda al suo Ministero. Non è affar loro intervenire sulle decisioni del Ministero di riferimento.
Dunque mi convochi in prima persona per risolvere immediatamente questa imbarazzante posizione del suo direttore generale. NON PUÓ riconoscere €500.000,00 alla camorra romana/napoletana e non a ME!!!
Ma come è possibile questo oltraggio ulteriore dopo 22 anni di battaglie legali sulla grandiosità di tale immensa opera!
Il pubblico giovane ha bisogno dei miei docufilm di Cultura Sportiva, di Cultura Pugilistica, non si merita quel cinema di merda! Foraggiato dai quattrini della mafia! Che il suo direttore generale, Nicola Borrelli lava con i soldi pubblici dei contribuenti! Vergogna! MA BASTA!

Italian Cinema Directorate – Ministry of Culture – TAX CREDIT to MAFIA. And NO TO ME!
I don’t know if on Monday evening, last April 8th, you saw on La 7 the investigation – Roma Città Aperta – Rome as the Capital of the mafias, specifically the Camorra and corruption.
Investigation signed by Alberto Nerazzini and Corrado Formigli.
Congratulations to investigative journalism. I appreciated the lack of comment. After all, it is the discovery of hot water.
Throwing reality in the face is more powerful than many comments. The presence of Nicola Gratteri – a solid anti-mafia magistrate – authenticates the investigation.
At a certain point, it came out that the film producers of Enea Produzioni and Giallo Movie had laundered money from the Camorra as sponsorship to make films.
With his investigation, Nerazzini highlighted how a comedy film costing at least €2,000,000.00 and by providing tax invoicing, collected the State’s clean money in Film Tax Credit – this is the law in force of the ex-Minister of Culture Dario Franceschini – i.e. the recognition of the 40% tax credit.
The total that appeared on Ministry Culture letterhead was approximately €500,000.00 approved by the MiC Cinema Directorate at the Revenue Agency, certainly signed by the Cinema Directorate headed for 15 years by Nicola Borrelli, born an accountant.
Immediately after seeing the investigation by La 7, thinking about the certified e-mail that I received from the Directorate General for Cinema from Nicola Borelli himself on 2 April 2024, I felt like a huge idiot!
And the respect for me never fails. On the contrary. Always with your head held high!
But feeling like an idiot because the Camorra screwed the Benevento accountant Nicola Borrelli, who has been at the top of the Cinema Directorate for 15 years, makes me anti-Italian!
It disgusts me! And then they screwed the general director of cinema, the accountant Borelli? …REALLY!
He signed the TAX CREDIT recognition to the mafia, but not to me!
And my due is 15%!
I, through an obvious certifying auditor, last March 22nd, declared such minimal costs and declared my fees and archive IN KIND to the same NICOLA BORRELLI!
And the Cinema general Director department refused me the TAX CREDIT?!
He wrote to me to have the certification redone with the costs paid. And with what money do I pay for my archive and my fees and certainly for my crew if, after 22 years of legal battle against this filthy Ministry of Culture with ignoble commissions of experts of nothingness, they were composed Borrelli himself and countersigned by former Minister Franceschini and the current Minister Sangiuliano, commissions of idiots prepared to judge me as an expert. And with the magistrate of the Council of State who has surrendered?!
I mean the father of all my docufilms THE FIGHTER OF ITALY GIANCARLO GARBELLI – Boxing Is Violent But Violence Is Not Boxing. And for which, once the money ran out, I was unable to appeal to the European Court.
Me a paladin of Sports Culture, must also enforce Justice for FREE because legality is civility if Justice itself cannot be practiced quickly?
And does it give in to the push and pull of the scoundrels of the Ministry of Culture who use the State Attorney’s Office for free so much that it has to give itself a reason to exist, even when it is blatantly useless?
Is it possible that a Minister of Culture cannot prevent this trend, this waste, using reason, and rationality?
