IMMENSO TAR LAZIO UN ALTRO KO ALLA DIREZIONE CINEMA DEL MIC!
Sono così orgogliosa di avere questa ulteriore sentenza dal TAR LAZIO, sono a quota n. 5 ricorsi a nostro favore che sottolinea il pregiudizio, l’arroganza, l’incompetenza di questa DIREZIONE CINEMA con lo stesso capobastone, gli stessi funzionari piazzati dall’ex ministro Dario Franceschini che ruotano a vuoto, si spalleggiano nel volermi far fuori a tutti i costi. Impedire che i miei DOCUFILM abbiano luce, vita.
La Giustizia Amministrativa del TAR LAZIO, del CONSIGLIO DI STATO quando riuscirò a distribuire questo immenso lavoro, vorrò avere il piacere di inviare il nostro invito in prima fila, perché il suo logo e con il mio GRAZIE è già a caratteri cubitali.
Il TAR LAZIO non ha sbagliato un colpo. Non ci accontenteremo più di rimettere in commissione Direzione Cinema, fiduciosi che se non anche con le scuse, almeno una giusta valutazione. In risposta ad oggi abbiamo ottenuto solo ottusa, pedante cialtroneria.
Anni di vita e di lavoro rubati. E voi così schifosamente foraggiati in cambio il nulla. Direzione sterile e come già sentenziato in odore di SVIAMENTO DI POTERE e quando c’è puzza si sa che c’è il corpo del reato.
La mia guerra legale continua più aspra che mai. Queste Signore e Signori Magistrati del TAR LAZIO con gli attributi, sono persone di Legge e sanno benissimo, hanno capito chiaramente di cosa mi occupo.
La vostra comprensione Direzione Cinema è uguale a quella che avrebbe una testina di vitello, disem inscì a Milan…Diciamo così a Milano.
Il tumore che avete propagato è diventato una tale metastasi che per fermarvi serve un prodigio della legalità. Della Legge.
Io sono una legalista. E uso questo strumento.
Io sono figlia della Cultura Sportiva e le porcate della Direzione Cinema mostra tutta la sua spocchia, ignoranza, ogni tentativo subdolo di bloccare la mia competenza, il nostro lavoro, i miei immensi protagonisti!
Di ricattarci trattenendo il danaro che ci è dovuto! E che ci impedisce di avere luce!
Tutto il mondo dello Sport e tanto quello italiano che mai ha avuto un simile riferimento chiaro, gratuito, libero da condizionamenti, sfoglia il mio Blog d’autore.
Non solo il mondo dello Sport ma quello del Cinema che abituato com’è a sottostare alla tirannia del capobastone di turno crea dei copi & incolla improbabili. Dando un colpo al cerchio e uno alla botte. Tanti gli zombi dell’audiovisivo da voi foraggiati, certo per vostro stesso tornaconto.
Poi lo sfogliano gli altri quelli che vogliono sapere di più, affascinati dalla mia originalità, dalle mie chicche.
Caro Ministro Gennaro Sangiuliano è bene che si legga anche questa sentenza, è il suo turno o lei esiste e riforma efficiente e rapido, subito a dovere o come ho già scritto pubblicamente, oppure la sua presenza è innocua e vana. Di più deleteria, perchè al suo dicastero non impone la legalità.
Inutile incolpare il suo precedecessore è chiarissimo che quanto io ho subito e subisco è frutto del precedente ex ministro Dario Franceschini che ancora oggi ha lì i suoi imposti capibastone che girano a vuoto, il risultato cambiando l’ordine dei fattori è lo stesso.
E non in ultimo, ricordo che lo scorso 20 settembre 2023, lo Sport è entrato nella nostra bellissima Costituzione. Non che ce fosse bisogno, tanto è evidente il suo contributo sociale. Ma ora deve essere evidente per tutti.
E dunque se lei non impone la legalità, la competenza, il merito, va da sè che è come lui, il suo predecessore.
QUESTO è LA SUPERBA SENTENZA DEL TAR LAZIO. dello scorso 24 novembre 2023. GRAZIE TAR LAZIO è il mio panettone di Sant’Ambroeus!

I am so proud to have this further sentence from the LAZIO TAR, I am at quota n. 5 appeals in our favor which underlines the prejudice, the arrogance, the incompetence of this CINEMA MANAGEMENT at the Italian Ministry of Culture with the same officials placed by the former minister Dario Franceschini who rotate in vain, back each other in wanting to eliminate me at all costs.
