Caro Papà, oggi 4 ottobre, giorno di San Francesco, che amavi festeggiare, è il tuo compleanno!
Ce la faremo a demolire questo marciume! Non solo sei stato un grande atleta, un immenso Campione di Boxe, ma un Uomo con un peso dell’anima eccezionale. Unico.
Troppo per questi ometti, donnette espertisse del vuoto ladro che rappresentano.
Ma non hanno i cojoni questi mentecatti esperti di rifiutarsi a sottostare a questo sistema marcio?
Ma chi crede a quei espertisse tarocco?! Mai i dané non sono per il cinema, per l’audiovisivo, sono per le loro campagne elettorali! Quando va bene! O sono furto certo, autorizzato ed è crimine!
LO SANNO TUTTI, TUTTO IL MONDO!
Ho vinto numero sei ricorsi al TAR di sei opere, con immensi protagonisti campioni di ogni nazionalità, tutti diversi, stesso tema: “cultura pugilistica”, di cui sono paladina, e non ho mai visto un soldo!
Questo affair losco che denuncio da decenni, va avanti dal 2016, c’era Nicola Borrelli, al Ministero della Cultura, quale direttore generale dal 2009 sino a questo passato maggio 2025! Al servizio del PD. E poi del ministro di turno e sottosegretario, più o meno lo stesso: Bergonzoni.
Questa legge se l’è inventata tale ex-ministro del PD, Dario Franceschini, per foraggiare il Cinema Italiano e comperarsi i voti di tutto il settore “culturale”…del cinema ormai in malora.
La legge sul “tax credit cinema” è stata introdotta nel 2008 e riformata con la “legge Franceschini” n. 220 del 14 novembre 2016. La legge dispone, a favore delle imprese di produzione cinematografiche, di un recupero credito che varia da un 15% ad un 40% sui costi di produzione. Che ovviamente finanzia!
Quelli lì della Direzione Cinema han provato persino a cassarmi come impresa, come vi ho già riportato. Impossibile, Il TAR non fa che far pagare gli onorarari, le spese dei miei avvocati, vincenti al Ministero della Cultura!
Se le imprese cinematografiche – io esisto dal 1997- non sono finanziate dal Ministero della Cultura, non vedi nessun TAX CREDIT! A meno che non ti produci con il tuo proprio investimento come ho fatto io per anni.
Ma sono briciole…perché io, china sul mio lavoro e la mia troupe attende! E questi parassiti si permettono di cassare tanta sapienza, e competenza, tanto investimento, invece di riconoscere il merito, il coraggio, il nuovo, la storia, l’intraprendenza nel portare alla conoscenza la Cultura Pugilistica.
Questi “esperti” sono così profondamente incompetenti, ignoranti e peggio, giudicano con la loro beota insipienza, ME ESPERTA!
Vera che tocca con mano ogni Campione, che tocco ogni evento, ogni storia che vi racconto. Gratis qui per il mio pubblico di tutto il mondo, perchè anche nei luoghi più remoti della terra abbiano accesso anche solo per curiosità, all’ idea, alla competenza del viaggio di me autrice italiana. E quanto raccolto in un argomento che se non ne sei colto, se non sai cogliere diventa pura banale cronaca sportiva. E non è questo che vi propongo.
Ma il mio riferimento è il MIC, Ministero della Cultura, no, non sempre posso essere fiera del mio Stato. In uno dipartimento così corrotto, ormai in malora!
Tutti i Media attingono da me ispirazione. Anche di più che ispirazione!
Dal 2004 non è cambiato nulla. Quando sulla carta mi hanno riconosciuto il merito e i quattrini per un’opera di grande respiro in costume d’epoca, poi cassarmi l’80%! Per via del taglio al FUS- fondo unico spettacolo- voluto da tale Ministro Urbani. Prima me li danno poi me li tolgono!
Una figura di merda così gigantesca non l’ho mai fatta in vita mia, se non con la carta intestata del Ministero della Cultura che mi riconosceva il finanziamento pubblico e poi lo ha tagliato…
Sono trascorsi oltre 20 anni…e Io non ho mai smesso di lavorare! Di produrre. Questo Blog da 10 anni, era il maggio 2015, è la mia vetrina.
Ora devo raccogliere e dare luce al mio lavoro. Al nostro lavoro, già senza i miei Campioni protagonisti, senza la filiera della mia troupe e della post produzione non avrei potuto completare ben tre opere. Ma ferme. Bloccate.
E le opere si pagano con i quattrini. Le opere si producono con i quattrini, le opere dell’ingegno hanno vita con la credibilità e con la competenza, con il sapere, conoscenza, con una filiera che ottimizza per dare luce alla professionaità ed arrivare al cuore del pubblico. Toccando con sensibilità argomenti di profonda umanità. Facendo arrivare quei valori necessari per superare le difficoltà. No, non sono Uomini comuni i Campioni d Boxe sono Uomini e Donne speciali.
Le opere non sono un finanziamento ai partiti. Ai votanti dei partiti!
L’autore vive della propria Arte, la sua Cultura vive della propria ispirazione, della propria libera espressione. Della sua unicità di autore. Che vive nel mondo con la propria curiosità e apertura mentale.
Oggi come nel 2016 non è cambiato nulla. La sinistra ha gestito da sola i fondi pubblici al cinema. Poi con il governo giallo verde, i M5S con la Lega, e poi di nuovo il PD con la Lega. Oggi è tutto Lega, vedi tale sottosegretaria Borgonzoni. Che squallore! Che incompetenza! Che ruberia! Che schifo questo marcio!
E quel festivalino de Venezia che mi scrive: “non posso”… gente che sopravvive per quanto in basso riesce a chinarsi a questo sistema lurido!
Non è cambiato nulla!
La Direzione Cinema del Ministero della Cultura va rasa al suolo! Eliminata!
Va sostituita con il riconoscimento finanziario a piccole-medie imprese artigiane, dalla scrittura al montaggio, che hanno davvero una storia da raccontare, anche internazionale così che valichi i nostri confini, che diano un contributo culturale oggi assente.
Come io ho preteso e pretendo con la mia cultura pugilistica!
Questo è il “prodotto”, sono le opere che dovrebbero avere il contributo finanziario.
Ma non cambierà nulla…! Delusione totale di questo governo che nulla ha fatto per cambiare lo stato di degrado del cinema e audiovisivo italiano e che ad oggi si è rifiutato di incontrarmi da quel perfido sinistro Franceschini a quel povero diavolo di Sangiuliano riciclato in RAI e l’attuale Ministro Giuli, impettito sicuramente dirà che lui non c’entra, è colpa di chi c’era prima.
Incapaci di fare un tavolo tecnico e riconoscere il merito con il finanziamento ormai urgentissimo!
Oscurando così ogni possibilità di distribuzione.
E niente. Continuano allo stesso modo, sinistra e destra. Delegano a degli incompetenti per assicurarsi la protezione dei loro. Spesso sono criminali come la cronaca ci ha informato. O realtà locali per raccattare voti. E poi certo c’è il cartello dei produttori che negli anni si sono stra arricchiti con i fondi pubblici e ora vogliono tutto per sé…
Non sanno esaminare una pratica legale, vincente !!! Non sanno cosa è l’arte, la cultura, lo sport, il cinema d’autore che tanto ha attinto dalla grande boxe! Non sanno chi sono i protagonisti. Eppure mi leggono! Sanno tutto di me! Scrollano il mio Blog, scaricano le sentenze che in quanto pubbliche, qua sono allegate.
Ma perché Governo sorvola su questo marciume, invece di rimuoverlo?
Senza finanziamento non c’è possibilità di distribuzione. Lo capisce anche un cretino! O la cultura deve essere gestita dai pochi che han messo le mani sul malloppo dei soldi pubblici, e quello che si vede, se si vede è solo spazzatura!

La croce per Papà Giancarlo con una sua massima, al cimitero di Lurago d’Erba (Como). Qua il suo corpo è stato riesumato, tante parti ancora intere dopo 10 anni di sepoltura. Who believes those fake experts?! The money isn’t for the cinema, for the audiovisual industry, it’s for their election campaigns! When things go well! Or it’s certain, authorized theft, and it’s a crime!
EVERYONE KNOWS IT, THE WHOLE WORLD!
I’ve won six appeals at the Regional Administrative Court (TAR) for six works, starring champions of every nationality, all different, the same theme: “boxing culture,” of which I am a champion, and I’ve never seen a penny!
This shady affair, which I’ve been denouncing for decades, has been going on since 2016. Nicola Borrelli was at the Ministry of Culture, as director general, from 2009 until this past May 2025! At the service of the Democratic Party. And then of the minister on duty and undersecretary, more or less the same: Bergonzoni.
This law was invented by a former Democratic Party minister, Dario Franceschini, to fund Italian cinema and buy the votes of the entire “cultural” sector… of cinema, now in disrepair.
The “cinema tax credit” law was introduced in 2008 and reformed with the “Franceschini law” no. 220 of November 14, 2016. The law provides for film production companies to recover debt ranging from 15% to 40% of production costs. Which, of course, it finances!
Those at the Film Directorate even tried to dismiss me as a business, as I’ve already reported. Impossible! The Regional Administrative Court (TAR) just makes the Ministry of Culture pay my fees and lawyers’ costs!
If film companies—I’ve been around since 1997—aren’t funded by the Ministry of Culture, you don’t get any TAX CREDIT! Unless you produce with your own investment, as I have done for years.
But these are crumbs…because I’m bent over my work and my crew waits! And these parasites allow themselves to trash so much wisdom, expertise, and investment, instead of recognizing the merit, courage, innovation, history, and resourcefulness in bringing Boxing Culture to the forefront.
These “experts” are so profoundly incompetent, ignorant, and worse, they judge with their stupid ignorance, ME, AN EXPERT!
True, I touch every Champion firsthand, I touch every event, every story I tell you. Free here for my audience around the world, so that even in the most remote places on earth, they can access, even just out of curiosity, the idea, the expertise of my journey as an Italian author. And all this gathered on a topic that, if you’re not knowledgeable, if you don’t know how to grasp it, becomes pure banal sports reporting. And that’s not what I propose to you.
But my point of reference is the MIC, the Ministry of Culture. No, I can’t always be proud of my State. In such a corrupt department, now in disrepair!
All the media draw inspiration from me. Even more than inspiration!
Since 2004, nothing has changed. When, on paper, they recognized my merit and the money for a major opera in period costume, they then canceled 80% of it! Because of the cuts to the FUS (single entertainment fund) imposed by Minister Urbani. First, they give it to me, then they take it away!
I‘ve never made such a fool of myself in my life, except with the letterhead of the Ministry of Culture, which recognized me with public funding and then cut it…
Over 20 years have passed… and I’ve never stopped working! Producing. This blog has been my showcase for 10 years, back in May 2015.
Now I have to gather and highlight my work. Our work. Without my leading Champions, without the support of my crew and post-production, I wouldn’t have been able to complete three operas. But they’re stalled. Blocked.
And operas are paid for with money. Works are produced with money; works of genius come to life with credibility and expertise, with knowledge, with a process that optimizes to highlight professionalism and reach the hearts of the public. Sensitively touching on profoundly human topics. Conveying the values needed to overcome difficulties. No, Boxing Champions are not ordinary men; they are special men and women.
Works are not funded for political parties. They are for party voters!
The author lives from his own art, his culture lives from his own inspiration, his own free expression. From his uniqueness as an author. Who lives in the world with his own curiosity and open-mindedness.
Today, as in 2016, nothing has changed. The left managed public funding for cinema alone. Then, with the yellow-green government, the M5S with the League, and then again the Italian Democratic Party and the LEGA are back. Today, everything is League, just look at that Undersecretary Borgonzoni. What squalor! What incompetence! What theft! How disgusting this rot!
And that Venice Film Festival wrote to me: “I can’t… people who survive no matter how low they stoop to this filthy system!
Nothing has changed!
The Ministry of Culture’s Cinema Department must be razed! Eliminated!
It must be replaced with financial recognition for small and medium-sized artisan businesses, from writing to editing, that truly have a story to tell, even an international one, so that it crosses our borders, making a cultural contribution that is currently lacking.
As I have demanded and continue to demand with my boxing culture!
This is the “product,” the works that should receive financial support.
But nothing will change…! Total disappointment in this government, which has done nothing to change the state of degradation of Italian cinema and audiovisual media, and which to this day has refused to meet with me, from that perfidious leftist Franceschini to that poor devil Sangiuliano recycled at RAI, and the current Minister Giuli, who will surely stiffly say that he had nothing to do with it, that it’s the fault of those who were in charge before.
Incapable of establishing a technical committee and recognizing merit with the now urgently needed funding!
Thus, it obscures any possibility of distribution.
And nothing. They continue in the same way, left and right. They delegate to incompetents to ensure the protection of their own. Often, they are criminals, as the news has informed us. Or local groups trying to gain votes. And then of course there’s the cartel of producers who have enriched themselves enormously over the years with public funds and now want everything for themselves…
They don’t know how to examine a successful legal case!!! They don’t know what art, culture, sport, or auteur cinema, which has drawn so much from great boxing, is! They don’t know who the protagonists are. Yet they read me! They know everything about me! They scroll through my blog, download the rulings, which, being public, are attached here.
But why does the government gloss over this rot instead of eliminating it?
Without funding, there’s no possibility of distribution. Even an idiot understands that! Either culture must be managed by the few who have gotten their hands on the loot of public money, and what you see, if you see it at all, is just rubbish!
