A WEMBLEY PER LA PRIMA VOLTA SI DISPUTA IL TITOLO DI CAMPIONE INDISCUSSO DEI PESI MASSIMI USYK vs DUBOIS II.

Questo poemeriggio a WEMBLEY si respira aria di grande sorpresa, arriveranno elicotteri…Per me, gli effetti speciali sono sempre loro, i due Campioni che si misurano sul Ring…si confrontano avrebbe detto il mio grande vecchio Padre Giancarlo. E le storie di dramma che salgono sul ring, sono il riscatto di dolori profondi.  Cicatrici indelebili.

E USYK si merita un’uscita di scena tanto scenografica per il contenuto che egli stesso rappresenta: le sue maestose imprese sul ring, che tanto il mondo ha riconosciuto,  sono lo spessore della tempra del popolo ucraino.

USYK è già Campione INDISCUSSO dei Pesi Cruiser conquistato nel 2018 con la SAUERLAND EVENT del tedesco KALLE SAUERLAND che s’inventò il geniale Muhammad Ali Trophy. KALLE figlio di cotanto padre WILFRIED SAUERLAND, già Hall of Fame. In quel torneo internazionale tra pugili di livello, il migliore vs il migliore. E USYK è stato il migliore appunto.

Poi USYK è passato nella categoria di peso superiore, i Pesi Massimi, ed ha conquistato tutte le cinture battendo e superando chi le deteneva.

Ha strappato per ben due volte i titoli in palio di tre cinture, WBA, WBO e IBF a ANTHONY JOSHUA, sino l’ultima la WBC detenuta sino al 2023 da TYSON “the Gipsy King” FURY, diventando così INDISCUSSO CAMPIONE DEI PESI MASSIMI su quel ring del Kingdome Arena di Riad.  Quel match a maggio del 2024, lo strepitoso assolo al 9° round e poi di nuovo nel rematch vs TYSON FURY, confermandosi Campione INDISCUSSO lo scorso 21 dicembre 2024 nella stessa arena a  Riad.

È riconosciuto come IL FIGHTER 2024 dalla rivista The Ring da oltre un paio d’anni in mani saudite di Turki Alalshikh, a capo del Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, The Ring Magazine ha oltre un secolo di storia, quale “Bibbia della Boxe” e dunque il prestigio di quella Cintura è immutato.

Poi per uno strano giro degli enti sanzionatori delle Cinture, USYK cede la sua Cintura IBF a DUBOIS che la trattiene in tre match che vince consecutivamente.

Ora DUBOIS mette in gioco il trofeo IBF che era già di USYK, per la rivincita di questa sera.  Quella notte ho visto un match per l’inglese tanto fallimentare, quanto scorretto,  era il 26 agosto 2023 a Wroclaw, in Polonia.

Di quell’incontro, IL MATCH E DOPO MATCH, vi ho scritto ampiamente. É stato il più letto su questo mio Blog.  

Del resto dopo 10 anni di Blog, conto in milioni le mie pagine che vengono sfogliate in ogni angolo della terra.

Quell’evento nella bellissima Wroclaw, a mio avviso ineguagliabile per la profondità del messaggio, meno mezzi eclatanti, spettacolari di questo strepitoso WEMBLEY, ma con un’intensità di “umanità”, difficile da raggiungere, e intendo l’emozione che un evento di pugilato, che ha di per sé già una drammaturgia che ho visto dal vivo tanto profonda solo dai Fratelli VITALI e WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO, sino all’oggi Campione INDISCUSSO OLEKSANDR ”Il Cosacco Ucraino” USYK.

Questi immensi campioni, tutti ucraini han così ridisegnato la Storia dell’Umanità dello Sport, quali testimoni della ferocia di questa guerra, nel cuore dell’Europa, voluta dalla Russia, sostenendo quel fronte di Militari che in nome del loro popolo ucraino, difendono la Libertà e l’indipendenza anche,  in realtà voglio dire sopratutto, tramite il nostro Nobile Sport, la Boxe.

E l’ho scritto molte volte io che ci sono nata in queste Storie, ne riconosco l’emozione…e la poesia.

A vedere il lato ludico, se ci fossero stati ancora tra noi quella fantastica accoppiata Rino Tommasi e Gianni Clerici, avrei passato un paio di settimane divertenti. Avrei gioito dal vivo del trionfo del torneo di Tennis a WIMBLEDON qui a Londra, del nostro primo italiano a vincerlo e con che regale classe…di JANNIK “il ragazzo favoloso” SINNER vs lo spagnolo CARLOS ALCAREZ, per proseguire qui a WEMBLEY Stadium, con il match che confermerà il primo INDISCUSSO Campione Pesi Massimi di questo secolo e per la terza volta: OLEKSANDR “il Cosacco Ucraino” USYK vs DANIEL “dynamite” DUBOIS.

Perchè ho tirato in ballo il nostro italiano JANNIK SINNER? Perchè SINNER ha in sé quel senso profondo del dovere, la stessa determinazione con l’obiettivo molto chiaro del “Cosacco Ucraino” USYK! Certo il Tennis è un gioco e la Boxe no. La differenza è sostanziale.

Nella boxe la vita è in ballo, come per  i soldati ucraini in guerra.  Nel Tennis no. E così anche la borsa…

Ringrazio le organizzazioni per ogni accredito che ricevo, perché non solo mi permette di vivere il grande evento, ma ogni volta di ampliare le conoscenze personali e approfondire, del resto diventare esperti richiede un gran impegno.

Gli organizzatori sono ben felici di avermi intorno, anche se non sempre li gratifico. Non necessariamente il mio punto di vista li soddisfa. Del resto sostengo che la Boxe è lo Sport più democratico del mondo, e dunque si può non essere d’accordo con i risultati, e con quanto succede sul ring. E io con gli organizzatori non ho mai fatto “business“. E lasciami dire, discutere di Boxe è discutere della vita stessa.

Sapete che sono autrice e produttrice di docufilm che prima o poi avranno luce, nonostante quel terribile ostruzionismo tutto italiano che mi ha sempre perseguitato. Mica potevo cambiare nazionalità per permettere a quel sistema così corrotto insito nelle istituzioni della Direzione Cinema, di continuare a truffare con un sistema criminale e così sottrarre danaro pubblico.

RAI TV ITALIANA SE CI SEI CONTTAMI! NON VALE SOLO ATTINGERE…

Giovedì 17 luglio, in conferenza stampa, ho visto DANIEL “dynamite” DUBOIS,  più che dinamite lo chiamo “il rissoso”, non mi è apparso  diverso,  direi uguale a due anni fa. E che non è cambiato, lo ha affermato il Manager di USYK, EGIS KLIMAS, sottolineando che non è cresciuto mentalmente.

Condivido pienamente, ho visto in DUBOIS la stessa incertezza, anche più nel suo sguardo, una timorosa referenza verso quel Maestoso Campione che è ormai OLEKSANDR USYK. DUBOIS è incapace di esprimersi.

L’organizzatore inglese già Hall of Fame, FRANK WARREN, ha ribattuto che il suo protetto, DUBOIS ha vinto tre volte consecutivamente. Già mentre USYK superava per ben due volte TYSON FURY a Riad…

Sia chiaro che il Campione si determina dalla qualità degli avversari.

Il grande gigantesco Peso Massimo, TYSON FURY, il clown britannico, (adoro i clown), che ha portato alla luce un’infinità di disagi. Vincendoli. Con USYK ha subito. E non una volta ma due. Per poi sputare veleno. Questo di clownesco ha poco a che fare. Molto brutto e basta. Credo che molti della la sua fan base lo abbiano abbandonato.

In conferenza stampa ero seduta in prima fila, di fianco alle giovani promesse olimpiche ucraine, con quegli occhi spalancati sul loro INDISCUSSO Campione, han capito che hanno una bella responsabilità a mantenere alto l’onore di quella bandiera.

Una serie di Campioni così eccezionali era storia degli americani. Certo del Regno Unito. Germnia. Tante altre nazioni. E anche la nostra italiana non ha fatto brutta figura, salvo che han disperso le tracce in modo tanto vergognoso… E il mio cognome da solo è la Storia. É vergognoso che tutto il mio lavoro è stato cassato da quel sistema corrotto, gente come mio Padre, come i grandi Americani, gli Ucraini oggi, ma anche il Kazakhistan con il suo GENNADY  GGG GOLOVKIN, sono in grado di risvegliare coscienze che il sistema italiano corrotto della Direzione Cinema preferisce zittire.  RAI TV FATTI AVANTI!

Gli americani, non credo che abbiano avuto difficoltà a riconoscerne la grandezza degli Ucraini. La Boxe come tutti gli sport è ciclica, ogni nazione ha il suo momento di gloria. Gli ucraini si sono ritrovati quel capitale umano, ci han creduto, certo guardando ai grandi americani. E provando ad eguagliarli oggi li han superati. La Germania è stata formidabile pista di decollo per tutti loro.

Sempre giovedì, in conferenza stampa USYK si è presentato con tutta la sua squadra compatta, signorile nell’abito sartoriale a confermare le origini ucraine di quel manufatto, adornato da un drappo che in una mossa avvolgente, è subito elegante e nello stesso risoluta. E il cappello tradizionale Ucraino di stoffa scura, oso dire, senza certezza che si tratta del karakul.

La sensibilità di USYK, le virtù della Grande Boxe tutte messe in atto, l’orgoglio di rappresentare il suo popolo e i suoi valori, l’intelligenza dell’atleta che ha scolpito in sé stesso, nessun pretendente potrà mai demolirlo.

Al Peso, il pubblico ha urlato USYK-USYK-USYK mentre schizzavano i fuochi artificiali al BOXPARK, stracolmo!

E ho avvertito che oltre agli Ucraini che abitano nel Regno Unito, c’erano i Militari ucraini a sostegno e protezione del loro, del nostro Eroe di questa notte a WEMBLEY STADIUM.

OLEKSANDR USYK, il popolo ucraino è così unito, orgoglioso delle proprie eccellenze, e in USYK ha trovato il suo rappresentante. E posso giurare che lo sarà per i secoli di storia a divenire.

E qui vi ho già dato il mio pronostico.

AT WEMBLEY, FOR THE FIRST TIME, THE UNDISPUTED HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION TITLE WILL BE FIGHTED: USYK vs. DUBOIS II.

This afternoon at WEMBLEY, there’s a sense of great surprise, helicopters will be arriving… For me, the special effects are always them, the two Champions measuring themselves in the ring… “confront each other,” my great old Father Giancarlo would have said. And the stories of drama that take to the ring are the redemption of deep pain. The scars are indelible.

And USYK deserves such a spectacular exit for the content he represents: his majestic feats in the ring, so recognized by the world, are the depth of the mettle of the Ukrainian people.

USYK is already the UNDISPUTED Cruiserweight Champion, having won it in 2018 with the SAUERLAND EVENT held by German KALLE SAUERLAND, the creator of the ingenious Muhammad Ali Trophy. KALLE, son of such a Father, and WILFRIED SAUERLAND, a Hall of Famer, were the ones who won. In that international tournament between top-level boxers, it was the best vs the best. And USYK was the best.

Then, USYK moved up to the next weight class, Heavyweight, and won all the belts, beating and surpassing their holders.
He twice took the three belt titles up for grabs—WBA, WBO, and IBF—from ANTHONY JOSHUA, most recently the WBC, held until 2023 by TYSON “the Gipsy King” FURY, thus becoming the UNDISPUTED HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION in that ring at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh.

That fight in May 2024, the amazing ninth-round solo victory, and then again in the rematch vs TYSON FURY II, confirming him as the UNDISPUTED Champion on December 21, 2024, in the same arena in Riyadh.
He has been recognized as THE FIGHTER 2024 by The Ring Magazine for over a couple of years, having been in the hands of Turki Alalshikh, head of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority. The Ring Magazine has over a century of history as the “Bible of Boxing,” and therefore, the prestige of that belt remains unchanged.

Then, due to a strange twist of fate among the sanctioning bodies, USYK ceded his IBF belt to DUBOIS, who retained it in three consecutive fights, winning them.
Now DUBOIS puts the IBF trophy, which was already USYK’s, on the line for tonight’s rematch.

That night, I saw a match for the Englishman that was as unsuccessful as it was unfair. It was August 26, 2023, in Wroclaw, Poland.
I’ve written extensively about that match, THE FIGHT AND AFTER THE FIGHT. It was the most read on this blog of mine.
After 10 years of blogging, I count millions of my pages browsed in every corner of the world.
That event in beautiful Wroclaw, in my opinion, is unmatched for the depth of its message, less sensational and spectacular than this amazing WEMBLEY, but with an intensity of “humanity” that’s difficult to match.

I mean the emotion of a boxing event, which already has a dramaturgy that I’ve only seen live as profoundly as the VITALI and WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO Brothers, up to the current UNDISPUTED Champion OLEKSANDR “The Ukrainian Cossack” USYK.

These immense Champions, all Ukrainian, have thus reshaped the history of human sport, as witnesses to the ferocity of this war, in the heart of Europe, wanted by Russia, supporting that front of soldiers who, in the name of their Ukrainian people, defend Freedom and Independence also—in fact, I mean above all—through our Noble Sport, Boxing.

And I’ve written it many times, having been born into these stories; I recognize the emotion…and the poetry.

Looking at the playful side, if that fantastic duo of Rino Tommasi and Gianni Clerici had still been among us, I would have had a fun couple of weeks. I would have celebrated the triumph of the Wimbledon Tennis Tournament here in London, our first Italian to win, and with what regal class…JANNIK “the fabulous boy” SINNER vs. Spaniard CARLOS ALCAREZ, to continue here at WEMBLEY Stadium, with the fight that will confirm the first UNDISPUTED Heavyweight Champion of this century, and for the third time: OLEKSANDR “the Ukrainian Cossack” USYK vs. DANIEL “the dynamite” DUBOIS.

Why did I bring up our Italian Tennis player, JANNIK SINNER? Because SINNER possesses that deep sense of duty, the same determination, and a clear goal as the “Ukrainian Cossack” USYK! Of course, tennis is a game, and boxing is not. The difference is substantial. In boxing, life is at stake, like for Ukrainian soldiers at war. In tennis, no. And so does the purse…

I thank the Promoters for every accreditation I receive, because it not only allows me to experience the great event, but also to expand my knowledge and deepen my knowledge each time. After all, becoming an expert requires a great deal of commitment.

The Promoters are very happy to have me around, even if I don’t always reward them. My point of view doesn’t necessarily satisfy them. After all, I maintain that boxing is the most democratic sport in the world, and therefore, one can disagree with the results and with what happens in the ring. And I’ve never done “business” with the Promoters. And let me say,  discussing boxing is discussing life itself.

You know that I am the author and producer of docu-films that will see the light of day sooner or later, despite that terrible, typically Italian obstructionism that has always haunted me. I couldn’t change my nationality to allow that corrupt system, inherent in the institutions of the Cinema Directorate, to continue to defraud with a criminal system and thus steal public money.

RAI TV ITALIANA IF YOU’RE THERE, KNOCK ON MY DOOR.  NOT JUST DRAWING…

On Thursday, July 17, at a press conference, I saw DANIEL “dynamite” DUBOIS. More than dynamite, I call him “the brawler.”

He didn’t seem any different to me; I’d say he was the same as two years ago. And that he hasn’t changed, as USYK Manager EGIS KLIMAS stated, emphasizing that he hasn’t grown mentally.

I completely agree. I saw the same uncertainty in DUBOIS, even more so in his gaze, a fearful reference to that Majestic Champion that is now OLEKSANDR USYK. Incapable of expressing himself.

The English Promoter and Hall of Fame member, FRANK WARREN, retorted that his protégé, DUBOIS, has won three consecutive times. Even while USYK defeated TYSON FURY twice in Riyadh…
Let it be clear: the Champion is determined by the quality of his opponents.
The giant Heavyweight, RYSON FURY, the British Clown (I love clowns), who has brought to light an infinite number of hardships. By overcoming them. He suffered against USYK. And not once, but twice. And then spat venom. This has little to do with clownishness. Very ugly, that’s all. I think many of his fan base have abandoned him.

At the press conference, I was sitting in the front row, next to the promising young girls, Ukrainian Olympic athletes, with their eyes wide open at their UNDISPUTED CHAMPION. They understood that they had a huge responsibility to uphold the honor of that flag.

A series of such exceptional Champions was a part of American history. Of course, of the United Kingdom. Germany. Many other countries. So our Italian history didn’t make a bad impression either, except that they covered their tracks so shamefully… And my last name alone is History.  It’s shameful that all my work was thwarted by that corrupt system. People like my Father, like the great Americans, the Ukrainians today, but also Kazakhstan with its GENNADY GGG GOLOVKIN, are capable of awakening consciences that the corrupt Italian system of the Cinema Directorate prefers to silence. RAI TV, STEP FORWARD!

I don’t think the Americans had any difficulty recognizing the greatness of the Ukrainians. Boxing, like all sports, is cyclical; every nation has its moment of glory. The Ukrainians have rediscovered human capital; they believed in it, as evidenced by their admiration for the great Americans. And by trying to match them, they have surpassed them today. Germany has been a formidable launching pad for all of them.

Also on Thursday, at the press conference, USYK arrived with his entire team, compact and elegant in his tailored suit, confirming the Ukrainian origins of that artifact, adorned with a drape that, in an enveloping move, is at once elegant and resolute. And the traditional Ukrainian hat of dark cloth, I dare say, without certainty, is the karakul.

USYK’s sensitivity, the virtues of Great Boxing in full force, the pride in representing his people and their values, the intelligence of the athlete he has carved within himself: no pretender will ever be able to destroy him.
At the weigh-in, the crowd chanted USYK-USYK-USYK as fireworks exploded in the packed BOXPARK!

And I sensed that in addition to the Ukrainians living in the United Kingdom, there were the Ukrainian military there to support and protect our Hero of tonight at WEMBLEY STADIUM.

OLEKSANDR USYK, the Ukrainian people are so united, proud of their excellence, and in USYK, they have found their representative. And I can swear he will be for centuries to come.

And here I have already given you my prediction.
